Day 1 – Submit application forms of incorporation with required documents and payment.

Day 2 – Memorandum is ready for signature in Trust Genic office.

Memorandum will be sent via email and signed document in original should be submitted at Trust Genic office.  


Day 3 – Original Certificate of Incorporation, Share Certificate/s and Memorandum are ready for collection at Trust Genic Office.

 Activation of phone number will be done and the detail of my office address will be provided on Day 3.


Day 4 – Bank account opening procedures can be done from this day.

Individual applicant

  • Personal profile of applicant.
  • Passport copy of applicant.
  • Proof of residence (Utility bill) - original.
  • Bank reference.
  • Power of Attorney in favor of our office to pursue the incorporation process. (Kindly send us the passport copy of the authorized signatory to draft the Power of Attorney).
  • Any other documents may require if requested by the Registrar during the incorporation.


Corporate Applicant

  • Passport copy of director and shareholders
  • Business License/Certificate of registration of the company attested by the UAE Embassy / Consulate in the country of origin
  • Certificate of good standing attested by the UAE Embassy/Consulate in the country of origin.
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association of the existing company attested by the UAE Embassy/Consulate in the country of origin.
  • Board of resolution calling for the establishment of an offshore company and appointing our office as the company legal representative attested by the UAE Embassy / Consulate in the country of origin.
  •  Any other documents may require if requested by the Registrar during the incorporation.

In addition to above documents, all the documents has to be notarized and legalized from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
